1. Mr. Subrata Santra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that by a communication dated 15th September, 2025, written by the Sr. D. M. E., S.E. Rly., Chakradharpur, he has been informed that the matter has become infructuous and to withdraw the present appeal.

2. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the appeal.

3. Accordingly, the appeal being MAT 2141 of 2023 along with its connected application being CAN 1 of 2023, are dismissed as withdrawn.
