In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR No. 4329 of 2023 is allowed in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding executed by and between the parties on May 17, 2024.

The proceeding in connection with the CN No. 1054 of 2023 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta is quashed upon prayer made by the parties. The connected application being CRAN No. 3 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
