2. Petitioner was an employee of Eastern Railway who retired on superannuation and has prayed for release of retiral dues.

3. Since petitioner was an employee of Eastern Railway writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before this Court.

4. Railway authority is represented by learned advocate.

5. Writ petition stands dismissed as the same is not maintainable.

6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on the self same cause of action.
