Yesterday, nobody for the petitioners appeared, despite the matter being listed. This is a revisional application relatable to 2012, wherein quashment has been sought for of G.R. Case No.1613 of 2012 under Sections 498A, 302, 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Barrackpore, even after submission of the charge sheet. Petitioners appear to have lost their interest in this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being CRR No.3519 of 2012, accordingly stands dismissed for default.
Department is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Court below, within one week from hence, for necessary information.
