1. The order dated 7th December, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. Let the following paragraph be inserted after the second paragraph on the second page of the order dated 7th December, 2023:

"In this regard, the DPPG shall bear in mind the paragraphs 18-19 of the decisions of the Three Judges Bench of this Court in MAT 1518 of 2019 dated 20th June, 2023. An unmarried daughter of a person who retired before 1981 shall also come within the purview of the Circular dated 13th April, 2010."

3. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 7th December, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 7th December, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
