Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suffering from financial stringency and, there were middlemen who were involved in the transactions.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the same transactions were refunded to the respondent no.7.

However, the petitioner claims that he has no nexus and/or terms with the respondent no.7.

The police report further reflects that the petitioner filed complaints before the Bhabua Police Station, Sasaram, Bihar and Mohania Police Station, but, none of the police station registered any FIR.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner claims to have financial suffering, if the petitioner has sufficient materials in his custody, he would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary relief. The learned Magistrate would assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26546 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with

the record. A Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
