None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2006 praying for a direction upon the concerned District Inspector of Schools to place the departmental nominee for the purpose of reconstitution of the managing committee of the school.

Due to passage of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
