Mr. Uttam Kumar Halder .... For the Petitioner. Mr. Lalit Mohon Mahata Mr. P. B. Mahata .... For the State. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against illegal and unauthorized construction by the private respondents.

The State respondents are represented and submit that upon inspections they have found that the entire construction by the private respondents as well as the petitioner are illegal and unauthorized and appropriate steps have been taken for demolition of both the premises. A copy of the Report filed in Court today be kept with the records. The State respondents are directed to serve a copy of the report on the petitioner.

In view of the subsequent events which have transpired and the Report filed by the State respondents, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, WPA 26550 of 2024 S.D.

stands disposed of, there is no question of granting any further order in this proceeding.
