None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The matter is pending for more than 13 years. In stead of adjourning the matter suo motu I am inclined to dispose of the same based on the materials available with the record. This criminal revisional application challenges the order dated 23rd June, 2009 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Tamluk in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code being Misc. Case no. 302/2005 granting a sum of Rs.

1000/- towards maintenance in favour of the petitioner.

After the elapse of more than 13 years from the date of passing of the impugned order I do not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned.

With this observations, the criminal revisional application stands disposed of.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
