Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 145 days and he has been implicated in the case on the basis of a belated complaint.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was arrested on the basis of last seen theory. Having considered that the case has already been committed to the court of sessions, I direct the petitioner to approach this Court after the stage of framing of charge is over.

At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2402 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.
