None appears on behalf of either of the parties. By this writ petition, the petitioner sought for a direction upon the concerned respondent to allow him to participate in the selection process initiated in the year 2006 to fill up the post of Clerk (reserved for SC candidate) in Tilaboni High School.

I am of the considered view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the same stands dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
