Orders dated 13th February, 2020, 12th September, 2019 and 4th January, 2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore in Sessions Trial No.112 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Case No.28(10) of 2004 was challenged in revision before the learned Sessions Judge in Criminal Motion No.119 of 2022. The learned Sessions Judge-in-Charge vide order dated 2nd August, 2022 dismissed the said criminal revision on the ground that the orders passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge is not revisable by the learned Sessions Judge. Against the said order dated 2nd August, 2022, the petitioner has filed the instant revision.

I did not find any illegality in the impugned order. Accordingly, the instant revision is summarily dismissed. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
