Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

Daspur Police Station has filed a report dated 25.04.2023 and the same is taken on record.

It appears that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents in regard to the property.

Counsel for the private respondents claims that the petitioner has purchased only 0.59 decimals of property.

Counsel for the petitioner claims that he has purchased 1 decimal of property.

The matter has to be decided before a civil forum that the parties may approach.

It appears that on a complaint of the petitioner's mother against the private respondents, FIR Nos. 396 of 2020 and 459 of 2020 have been registered and investigation has been completed. Charge Sheet No. 10 of 2021 dated 09.01.2021 and Charge Sheet No. 365 of 2021 dated 31.07.2021 have been filed.

Likewise on a complaint of one Mihir Mondal against the petitioner and her mother and husband, FIR No. 550 of 2022 dated 13.11.2022 has been registered.

The petitioner's mother filed a counter complaint which was registered as FIR No. 551 of 2022 dated 13.11.2022. Two FIRs have resulted in charge sheet. There is further complaint by the petitioner which has resulted in FIR No. 555 of 22 dated 14.11.2022.

There are other FIRs which have been investigated. Charge Sheets have been filed in all FIRs.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Daspur Police Station. Daspur Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court on them.

The writ petition is disposed of.

13.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
