Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the order passed by the Court has been complied with. The unauthorised construction has been demolished. The pictures handed over by the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor be retained with the records.

In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. Contempt application stands disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
