1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in May, 2023. Thereafter, two more witnesses have been examined. There is substantial progress in trial. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the ground of delay also.

3. The application for bail is thus rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.

5. Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
