Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer has been rejected earlier on merits. Four witnesses have already been examined.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
