Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of an application filed by him before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas for adding three more persons as accused in ACGR Case No.3349 of 2022, the matter may be considered without service of notice upon the opposite party.

The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the application. It appears that the application filed by the petitioner on 12th September, 2024 is fixed for hearing on 4th February, 2025.

Upon consideration of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an old and ailing person, aged about 82 years, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on the next date of hearing fixed before him and if the same is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, within a month thereafter, without

granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 4697 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
