1. Petitioner contends he has a license to deal in drugs and had purchased the consignment from M/s. Gour Krishna agency, a distributor.

2. In view of such submission report with regard to authenticity of the documents relied by the petitioner were called for.

3. Report is place on record.

4. Report shows M/s. Gour Krishna agency had surrendered their license in 2023.

5. In such view of the matter the stance taken by the petitioner that he had obtained the consignment in a bona fide manner does not appear to be credible.

6. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
