In compliance with the direction passed by this Court on July 04, 2023, Mr. Naresh Chandra Sha, the Teacher-inCharge of Mashaldaha Ganapatrai High School (H.S.), District : Malda, the respondent no. 4 herein, is personally present before this Court, his such appearance is dispensed with until further orders.

The petitioner was the Headmaster of Mashaldaha Ganapatrai High School (H.S.), District : Malda. On superannuation he retired from his service on January 31, 2019.

The petitioner is complaining that a part of his provident Fund dues has not been disbursed due to the laches on the part of the school.

Mr. Jayanta Kumar Das, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent no. 4. He submits that in the prescribed form, a wrong Bank account number of the petitioner was given, as a result, the delay has been caused. The petitioner, within this week, shall meet the respondent no. 4 to furnish the details of his Bank account in which he intends to get the said provident Fund amount

credited, the said respondent, thereupon, shall send a fresh requisition under the prescribed form to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda, the respondent no. 2 herein for disbursement of the said due Provident Fund amount. WPA 26235 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
