The application for cancellation of bail was preferred in the year 2017. More than eight and a half years have passed since such an application has been preferred. Having considered the time period which has passed in the meantime, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail at this belated stage.

The petitioner/State would be at liberty to approach this Court, if there are changed circumstances or the present stage of case warrants interference by this Court. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM 11232 of 2017 is dismissed.
