3. With the consent of the parties, finally heard.

4. During the course of hearing, the parties agreed that this PIL may be disposed of by directing the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal being the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 3rd June, 2024 within stipulated time.

5. In view of consensus arrived at, the PIL is disposed of with the following direction(s);

(a) Petitioners shall submit the communication dated 3rd June, 2024 (annexure p-7) along

with copy of this order before respondent no.2, (b) In turn, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the said communication by passing an order within 60 days therefrom, (c) The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioners.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
