It is ordered that the investigation into all the FIRs against the petitioner be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The protection already granted to the petitioner, inter alia, in the order dated March 9, 2023 shall continue until the investigation is compete.

The final report in the matter may be filed before the ACJM concerned.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
