Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Apparently, the petitioner obtained employment as a teacher of a government school by submitting data which are false. It is the contention of the petitioner that such data were not required to be submitted.

Be that as it may, it is the common case of the parties such data was submitted by the petitioner.

A case for investigation stands made out.

Need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5573 of 2022 is dismissed.
