Let the same be kept with the record. The inspector in charge of Balurghat P.S. would send a similar report regarding his failure to execute the warrant of arrest so issued by the ld. JM, 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum.

The ld. JM, 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum on receipt of such report of non-execution in respect of the warrant of arrest at the appropriate address would issue proclamation by adhering to Section 82/83 of the cr.p.c.

The I/C, Balurghat P.S. within a month from date, will send such report along with the photostat copy certified by the inspector in charge in respect of the G.D. entries.

The ld. JM, 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum on the next date so concerned (as has been informed is on 17.6.2024) will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4344 of 2022 is disposed of.
