1, petitioners are not being represented before this Court today.

Same situation prevailed on 29th June, 2022 when this Court passed an order whereby it was made clear if on the adjourned date writ petitioners remain unrepresented matter shall be dealt with in absence of the writ petitioners.

Respondent no. 3 and the State respondents are represented by the learned advocates.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
