Four persons apparently suffered grievous hurt. A number of injuries suffered by individual injured person were classified as grievous hurt.

Petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault by such injured persons.

Considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for bail is rejected.
