1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner filed a server copy of the order dated 29.06.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there were several accused persons in the instant proceedings and they have filed other revisional applications before this court seeking quashing of the proceedings being C/5331/2014 under sections 406/418/420/120B IPC pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South). Out of those, three revisional applications being CRR 3848 of 2014, CRR 3851 of 2014 and CRR 3849 of 2014 have been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court, thereby quashed the proceedings against petitioners/accused persons therein.

3. Thereafter the learned Judicial Magistrate, at Alipore had also acquitted other accused persons including the present petitioner, Ashok Jain.

4. In view of the above facts, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

5. Considering the submission and upon perusal of the judgment and order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this court as well as order dated 29.06.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, it reveals that the instant proceedings being C/5331/2014 has been disposed of finally by acquitting the present petitioner.

6. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application being CRR 3642 of 2017 is thus disposed of with the above observations.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.

9. Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
