The petitioner complains that she being an owner of a property is abused and obstructed by the private respondent and his associates from enjoying her own property.

To that effect, information was submitted with the Officer-inCharge, Rampurhat Police Station. State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have drawn proceedings under Sections 126/135(3) of BNSS. In view of the petitioner and the private respondent being at loggerhead in connection with the property which is referred to in the writ petition, I direct that the Inspector-in-Charge, Rampurhat Police Station would take steps by way of keeping a strict vigil in the locality and ensuring that there is no breach of peace and/or tranquility in the suit property referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26581 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
