Mr. Mahapatra for the de facto complainant submits talks of compromise are in progress.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and as he is not the principal accused and is employed abroad, we direct that passport of the petitioner be returned to him. Petitioner is permitted to go abroad subject to the condition that he shall intimate his place of residence as well as his place of work to the Investigating Officer and the court below. He shall appear before the court as and when the court directs his attendance in the course of the proceeding. CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
