Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the gates are being locked and the petitioner is being abused, to that effect, even if the police authorities are informed, no steps are taken. Petitioner intends to install CCTVs at the stair case as well as the main gate.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that already CCTVs have been installed at the stair case. If the petitioner intends to install additional CCTVs at the ground floor where he is staying, it would be his liberty to install, but the same should not be creating any disturbance in the

privacy of the private respondent wife and the daughter concerned.

If there are further issues, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court at Purba Bardhaman where any case arising out of matrimonial dispute is pending.

The police authorities would keep a vigil as the parties are at loggerhead because of their fall out in matrimonial relationship.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26584 of 2024 is disposed of.
