The petitioner has sought for special leave to appeal under the provisions of Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment and order dated 25th November, 2019 passed by the Additional District Judge (2nd Court) at Barrackpore in S.T. Case No.01 (03) 2019 (C-56 of 2017), wherein the accused persons/opposite parties have been acquitted for the charge under Sections 304A/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard the learned advocate for the appellant and in consideration of the judgment impugned, the special leave to appeal is considered and allowed. Leave is granted.

CRMSPL 64 of 2019 is disposed of.
