The petitioner has approached this Court with a peculiar prayer for issuance of a mandamus, commanding the respondent authorities not to regularise the "unauthorised absence" of respondent nos. 9 to 12.

The petitioner has failed to demonstrate, being an erstwhile Teacher-in-Charge of the relevant college, how she is going to be prejudiced if the absence of the said respondents are regularised.

There is no reason to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 25477 of 2023 is dismissed.
