The alleged contemnor is also directed to file the answer to the Rule on the returnable date.

Under such circumstances, there will be a Rule against the alleged contemnor. The Rule is made returnable on July 3, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner shall put in special messenger cost with the Department to expedite the service of the Rule on the alleged contemnor.
