1. From the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the State respondents and the Commission, it appears that the petitioner has been recommended in the post of Assistant Teacher, the post which he was holding prior to his recruitment in the 2016 recruitment process. The petitioner has joined in terms of the said recommendation.

2. Prayer of the petitioner for being appointed as Headmaster since he has the requisite qualification for the same cannot be accepted as the petitioner never served as Headmaster or Assistant Headmaster in the selection process held in the year 2013.

3. The petitioner may have worked as Headmaster/Assistant Headmaster in pursuance of the recruitment process of 1st

SLST, 2016 but as the entire selection process of the year 2016 stood nullified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, accordingly, the petitioner cannot get any benefit of the said recruitment process.

4. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
