Affidavit of service as filed, be kept on record. 2.
Inspite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.10, 11 and 12.

The petitioner's grievance is that certain constructions made by the private respondents have caused an illegal encroachment into the petitioner's land, has to be ascertained on inspection and necessary decisions being taken by the concerned authorities.

It is informed that the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer on the direction of the respondent No.5 has already caused an inspection.

The respondent No.3 is directed to consider the writ petition as a representation and on the basis of the inspection and demarcation made by the BL & LRO, Bhagabanpur-II, Purba Midnapore will come to a finding as
to whether there has been any encroachment into the petitioner's land or not by February 28, 2026.
6. In the event, the respondent No.3 comes to a finding that there has been an encroachment, the same shall be removed forthwith upon notice to the respondent Nos.10, 11 and 12 and with necessary police assistance.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
8. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
9. There shall be no order as to costs.
