Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent no.5 files a copy of notice given to him under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure asking him to respond in respect of Entally Police Station Case No. 329 dated 09.11.2023 under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the FIR which has been lodged on the complaint of the petitioner.

It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner of non-registration of an FIR on his complaint has already been redressed and FIR has already been registered. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

As affidavits were not called for, allegations are deemed not to have been admitted.
