degree obtained by him from B.N. Mondal University of Bihar, was discovered by the D.I. of Schools (SE), malda not accepted at the time of scrutiny of the petitioner's documents for the appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher for Bio-Science subject. This verification was done pursuant to an order dated 11.09.2007 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in FMA No. 1079 of 2007 with CAN NO. 1509 of 2006 (Md. Reajul Vs. Md. Estab Ali & Ors.).

The said degree is not recognized by the NCTE. This Court does not find any infirmity in the actions of the respondents.

In those circumstances, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
