It appears that the petitioners were on bail and failed to appear before the learned Trial Court on August 12, 2024 and September 25, 2024 for which warrant of arrest was issued against them vide order dated September 25, 2024. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date.

In the event the petitioners surrender before the learned Trial Court within 7 days from date they shall be allowed to remain on the same bail bond.

If the petitioners failed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within the stipulated timeframe, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law. The order of warrant of arrest be stayed till November 20, 2024.

CRR No. 4704 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
