The Learned Advocate representing the respondents/Insurance Company conceded to the same.

Accordingly, the impugned Judgment and order is modified to the extent that the claimant does get an award of compensation for Rs.7,50,400/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Only) plus interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing (w.e.f. 10.09.2014) until payment.
