Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the grievance of his client has already been redressed by the bank. Accordingly, the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition any further.

Learned counsel for the bank relies upon instructions from the Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S. Nagar signed on November 27, 2024 mentioning that the bank has de-freezed the petitioner's account by keeping lien on Rs.21,334/- which is the disputed amount.

As the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the writ petition any more, it stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

Written instructions of the petitioner placed before this Court be taken on record.
