We have considered the materials on record.

Allegation of involvement of the petitioners in selling human blood has transpired during investigation. Their custodial interrogation for unraveling the scope of the organized crime network in dealing in human blood is necessary. Keeping in mind this fact we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
