Petitioner was aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation.

I have perused the case diary and prima facie, I find that the investigation is progressing. The injury reports of the injured have been collected and the statements have been recorded under Section 180 of BNSS. The grievance of the petitioner is that the statement under Section 183 of BNSS of the injured has not been recorded. The same is prerogative of the investigating officer. Another grievance which has been expressed is that for a considerable period of time, the husband of the present petitioner was

admitted at Peerless Hospital, the documents relating to which are yet to be collected.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted already requisition has been sent to the Peerless Hospital but the documents are yet to be received.

The investigating officer will carry on their investigation and try to arrive at their conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26607 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
