And In Re : Ganen Das @ Ganesh Das @ Das Ganesh ...... petitioner Mr. Sourav Mukherjee Ms. Sabnam Laskar ....for the petitioner Mr. S. S. Imam Mr. Sandip Kundu ....for the State Apparently, the petitioner was involved in an assault on a person, who suffered grievous hurt.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5581 of 2022 is dismissed.
