Sufficient grounds have been made out explaining the absence of the appellant on 19th June, 2025.

Hence, the order is recalled and the appeal is restored to its original file and number. 3.

CAN 2 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

The appeal is directed against an order dated 14th September, 2023 passed in RVW 261 of 2022. The appellant sought review of the order dated 22nd September, 2022, which is refused by the Single Bench.

No appeal lies against an order refusing to review of an earlier order passed by the Single Bench.

Hence, MAT 2149 of 2023 shall stand dismissed.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the appellant to file a regular appeal against the main order dated 22nd September, 2022 passed in WPA 3166 of 2022 subject to limitation.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
