This appeal is directed against an order dated November 22, 2019 passed in contempt jurisdiction by a learned Single Judge. The order was passed in CPAN No.520 of 2019, which, after issuance of Rule, was renumbered as WPCRC 99(W) of 2019. By the order impugned, the learned Judge discharged the Rule and closed the contempt proceedings. Such an order is not appealable under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act. Nor is the order impugned a judgment within the meaning of Clause 15 of the Letters Patent.

Hence, this appeal is not maintainable. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
