Petitioner is in custody for 330 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner and co-accused were dealing in counterfeit currency notes.

We have considered the materials on record.

Counterfeit notes were recovered from the petitioner and co-accused. Date has been fixed for recording prosecution witnesses.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
