The amount required to be refunded by the petitioner to get the benefit of family pension was quantified by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura, the respondent no. 4 herein. This Court by the order dated January 22, 2024 had directed the said respondent to get the said amount vetted by the Joint Director of Accounts, School Education Department, Bankura. A report complying the said direction is filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4, let it be kept with the record. The petitioner is directed to refund the said amount within two weeks from date in favour of the Treasury Officer, Bishnupur, District - Bankura, the respondent no. 5 herein, upon refund of the said amount, the authorities are directed to take forward steps for release of the arrear pension of the deceased husband of the petitioner and for issuance of relevant pension payment order in favour of the petitioner for family pension.

W.P.A. 25496 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
