Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that the petitioners though filed the instant revisional application for quashing the proceedings in the year 2011 but did not comply the order of this Court passed on 25.01.2012 directing the petitioners to file affidavit-of-service after service of notice.

On careful perusal of the record, I find that in spite of the order of this Court the petitioners did not comply the direction and did not appear even during this long period for more than 10 years.

Considering all facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application. Thus the revisional application stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore for information. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
