The report submitted by the learned Registrar Judicial Service dated 10.2.2023 reveals that the petitioners have been acquitted under Section 256 of the Criminal Procedure Code by the learned trial court vide order No. 13 dated 30.10.2014 in CRR 237 of 2011.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 3019 of 2013 is disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent to the trial court for information and necessary compliance.
