Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that this revisional application is pending since 2011 and just after filing none appears on behalf of the petitioners.

This revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing of the proceedings of the matter involving P.S. Case No. 58/07 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 920/07 under Sections 420/423 IPC.

In view of inaction on the part of the petitioners for a long period and considering the nature of application, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application further.

Thus the revisional application stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia for information. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
